BCCI will be looking to go against the order made by the central information commission, in which they have mentioned about cricket should be brought under the RTI ACT. The top official did accuse the Committee of Administration with a willful negligence in relation to the matter. The order made by the committee makes the cricket boards as a National Sports Federation (NSF), it has resent the board into the RTI category, which earlier the BCCI had rejected claimed to be an autonomous body, to which COA has been blamed for the setback. The official from the board has said that Vinod Rai & Diana Edulji, might tie albatross around the neck of BCCI before they will announce elections. One of the office bearers working close with COA has said that they will look into the judgment made by the CIC and appropriate action will be taken.
