A woman at Phoenix, Arizona state who has been in comatose state for more than a decade gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Dec 29, 2018, at a nursing home called Haceinda healthcare. The event stirred up investigations of rape. The hospital staff told the news channels that none of them were aware that she was pregnant until she giving birth. A woman whose identity was kept anonymous. “None of the staff were aware that she was pregnant until she was pretty much-giving birth, From what I’ve been told she was moaning. And they didn’t know what was wrong with her.” the perpetrator's identity is still unknown. The nursing facility said that they are helping the local law enforcement body with their investigation. A spokesperson representing the facility informed that there will be an internal review for the betterment of patients’ security. The nursing home made new rules that a male staff cannot attend a female patient without female staff accompanying them.
