The petition which is said to have been filed is an online petition approved by 2200 signatories seeking to remove her from the post. The petition against Priyanka also mention UN and UNICEF as well. The reason behind filing of the petition is due to the response of the actor after Indian Air Force conducted multiple airstrike in Pakistan’s balkot. As she tweeted, “Jai Hind #Indian Armed Forces”. According to the petition, “War between two nuclear powers can only lead to destruction and death. As goodwill ambassador of UNICEF Priyanka Chopra was supposed to stay neutral and peaceful but a tweet in favor of Indian armed forces after they invaded Pakistan’s air space shows otherwise.
