Bajaj has launched the Avenger Street 160 ABS which is planned to replace the earlier Avenger 180. The bike is launched at the price of Rs 82,253. The newer model is fitted with a single-channel ABS unit. The new Avenger comes with a 160 cc engine and comes with an enhanced cooling system which is capable of providing the bike with 14.7 BHP and 13.5 Nm of torque with 7000 RPM. The bike also comes with better and safer braking options with an increased dimension of front disc brakes and also the single ABS unit. Avenger Street 160 comes in two new color options i.e. Ebony Black and Spicy Red which will probably bring newness in the color segment of the bike. If compared with the other models, Street 160 is ought to be more powerful then Street 150 and similar to that of Street 180. The bike is also equipped with the traditional front fork and twin shocks at the rear. The enhanced braking disc frame of 260mm and single ABS unit make the capable of more powerful and safer braking. Avenger was first launched in 2005. It targets young customers in want of a cruiser bike. The Avenger is one of the most selling bikes of the company.
