The trio of the archers saw India through a cracker of a game with a bold performance against a powerful team of Russian archers. Hopes to bring another bronze medal at the grand stage were also high but the team edged out to a trio of Great Britain by a margin of two with the scorecard finally reading 226-228. Jyoti S Vennam, Swati Dhudwal, and MuskanKirar lost to LlyaAnnison, Lucy Mason, and Ella Gibson of Great Britain.  Talking about the recurve section, the Indian archers finished without adding any medal to their tally and this comes as a huge disappointment for them as they finished without making a mark.
