Rising Phoenix International represents various higher education, professional training and secondary and primary institutions in Canada for international students. ESS Global is a leading consultancy firm for students aspiring to study abroad. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between ESS Global and Rising Phoenix International, whereby ESS Global will become the primary partner of Rising Phoenix International, and shall help it in launching programmes in India.
The MoU shall promote opportunities specifically in the province of Quebec. Montreal selected by QS international as 2017’s best city in the world for international students, is a part of Quebec.
Programs in the fields of Health & Social Services, Information Technology, Business and Financial Services, Engineering and Environment, Beauty Care and Well-being, Arts and Design, Hospitality and Services alongside vocational training programs designed to help students enter the labour market shall be promoted through the MoU.

The MoU was signed at the Indian Business Forum, on 20th February.
