  • Fire occurred at Asia's largest textile market.
  • No Casualties has been reported as yet.
  • Goods worth lakhs gutted in flames.

On Tuesday i.e 13th August,2019  was not a pleasant morning for  North East Delhi, the reason being  a massive unexpected fire that took place in Gandhinagar Market in Shahdara Area. This is where Asia's largest textile market is situated. Atleast a foot fall of 10,000 - 20,000  people converging everyday. Imagine the Chaos! Imagine the Tension! Imagine the Loss! OH ....! May be beyond words...!

As a miracle, no one was injured in the accident. The people escaped the wrath of Fire God, but not their goods worth lakhs of rupees. All were gutted in flames as the fire engulfed six shops in an insatiated hunger. Hello..! where are the fire engines? They Panicked again and again..... Atlast they arrived. Not one or two..Then..? .Just imagine 21 fire engines queing up one behind the other competing among them , ''Hey... You step aside.. I will control this all by myself''.

Since the blaze decided to arrive at 7.47 a.m. , nobody was there to receive them except the two buildings. Still there is a need for a probe. Isn't it? Then only the cause of fire  be confirmed and the anxiety of people suppressed.
