The Foreign Office of Pakistan summoned the Indian Deputy High Commissioner Mr. Gaurav Ahluwalia by lodging a large protest with India and condemned the unprovoked ceasefire violation by Indian Troops along the Line of Control in which one security personnel and two civilians were killed. Against which the Foreign Office Spokes Person Mohammad Faisal urged the Indian side to give instructions to the troop to respect the ceasefire and also maintain peace in the Line of Control. Further he also said that India should permit the UN Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan to play its role as per UN Security Council Resolutions.
The Pakistan Military claimed that another soldier of them was killed by Indian Troops in the town of Buttal which is a threat to regional peace and security and it may lead to strategic miscalculation.
