The Madras High court on Monday heard a petition initiated by itself regarding caste based discrimination of burial grounds. The bench consisting of Justice S. Mani Kumar and Justice Subra
The bench first discussed on the caste based discrimination of burial grounds and then on the fact that this shows that the government itself encourages such caste discrimination. Thus, the bench ordered that such kind of discrimination should be completely eradicated and they also, laid emphasis on the Aadhi Dravidians schools which is a school reserved for Schedule Tribes, and discrimination of such kind also should be brought to a stop the bench felt.
