Today, people have perceived science in their daily lives and found that they are connected to it with every essence. The puranic culture of India found this before ages. In India, knowledge, truth, and science were the culmination, but by getting caught in the temptation of western culture, we misguided ourselves and lost a part of the culture. The land of India taught the world to exist like a family and perceive every individual as a God. It is an irrefutable truth that India has the knowledge and philosophy to take the world on the path of peace. Yoga is such power through which the world can stay healthy and strengthened. It is one of the six Stika (orthodox) schools of Hindu philosophical traditions. Rigveda and Upnishads mention their references as a routine for life.

Our people have given the message of making the world healthy and strong long ago. Presently, it proved its importance once again and has succeeded in protecting the country and society from many serious diseases. It has authenticated that the world has moved on a path that leads to a bright and healthy future. It has developed a soft spot within the hearts of the people. The people now interact with the daily sessions of yoga either physically or through webinars, online, etc.

Many countries of the world have become well aware of the fact that yoga is a way to conduct an entity by which a person can imagine and attain a stress-free life. It is a well-known fact that stressed life is creating a negative atmosphere. This atmosphere is eating the people mentally. We also know that currently, our lifestyle has undergone a massive change, which is causing a mental disturbance. Due to this, depression is consuming people intellectually. Eating anything cannot be considered synonymous with food. Satvik diet or a pure diet is a necessity to increase immunity. This diet, which is part of the Indian lifestyle, is a part of yoga, which is accepted by the world today.

Today, people have swapped their attitude towards yogic culture. Millions of people are embracing it every day. It is also receiving global support. The way India is fighting the Battle of Corona is surprising powerful nations. The philosophy of India states, 'Let all be happy, let all be healthy.' Whatever country appears to be in sync with this philosophy of India, it can never think of another's harm. Whereas many countries of the world put only their interests at the top and hurt the sentiment of others. The society which established its hegemony by spreading terror is living with a barbaric mindset.

Today the whole world is running a stressful life, running after money. The only way to get rid of this tension is to adopt yoga. One who gives importance to yoga in his daily life can become successful in getting rid of this tension. Indians should keep in mind that they are far ahead of all the countries of the world in terms of spirituality and yogic culture. The knowledge of the world about yoga and spirituality is still inadequate when compared to India. Indians can establish the ideal once again through yoga. The time is favorable for this. It is only India who can reveal the world how to cope up with pressure, anxiety, and immunity. Now the need is that all of the Indians need to adopt the spirit of cooperation and become smart-hard working.
