India is a country with millions of people among them some are unable to get/receive twice a meal per day. With different organizations working at ground level for the betterment of sectors, there still lies disparity within the country. To bridge the same we need proper nutrition and food policy. Apart from those what necessary is an efficient personal diet. Growing a world-class lifestyle and work pressure has created an adverse effect on an individual's diets. The paradigm shift from pulses, grains, to fast food has significantly caused an effect on health.

Many psychology and neurological diseases and various common diseases like diabetes, blood pleasure are the results of a bad diet. Though the human body is designed to fight against diseases and foreign elements what is generally requires is a proper healthy diet. The modern lifestyle forces people to go fancy on food items and high-calorie junk foods these unhealthy diet practice on a large scale and its impact on human health need to be emphasized.

Reduce or eliminate refined process carbohydrates, drink fat-free or low-fat milk and eat low-fat dairy products, choose a verity of low-fat sources of protein- eggs, beans, poultry without skin, seafood, lean meats, unsalted nuts.
today's way of life stimulates, one inculcate the unhealthy habits like smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs and so on which harms one's life and lead to decrease in one's immunity making them more susceptible to dangerous of various disease

poor diet leads to hundreds of death in India annually I think a proper education on the consumption of healthy food can greatly contribute to reducing the consumption of unhealthy food and switching over to healthy eating habits for better health and living.

A full meal has all portions that you consume daily but not anything excessive nor anything insufficient. All nutrients should be sufficiently supplied to the body to maintain a perfect balance. Lets simply tell even potato fries, but not systematically. It would be even better to consult a nutritionist to chalk out a proper dietary plan based on individuals requirements. This would help one to remain healthy and also fight back diseases. All this is true for per diet and makes one healthy, But above all, it's important to eat at proper time which is to eat breakfast in the morning and dinner at night, it is important to follow a proper timestamp and it will alter most of the daily health conditions you face.
Hence to lay a healthy footing one should change eating habits and always check what kind of food you are intaking before consuming it. Step forward today resolve to create a better life. Eating healthy is better than welcoming a disease. One should add good nutrients food to the diet and enjoy a balanced meal.

"invest your time in consuming healthy so that you can vest a hand for a better future".
