Since the hit of the coronavirus, we all entered into an era of virtual education. Nowadays online classes are part of our educational system. They are good for students because they nurture skills in modern careers. Several jobs require employees to work in geographically dispersed areas in virtual terms. Students will have enough maturity, focus, and self-discipline to learn things digitally. Remote learning has been practiced by millions of teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The skills learned from virtual learning will help students once they reach the job market. Many people worked from even before the COVID-19 and the pandemic just accelerated reality. According to the International Workforce Group Statistics, 70% of people globally telecommuted at least once every week, and 53% of people work outside their traditional office.

In the US. the pandemic forced people to work from home and employers were encouraged about their productivity. According to the survey taken by IBM Institute for Business people prefer to work from at least some point of time and they wanted it to be their primary way of working after the pandemic ends. White-collar were the first to offer the facility of work from jobs anywhere but there is also a big category of professional positions allowing telecommunication are expanding their access to well-paying careers. They are called the "new collar" jobs. Here employees can work from geographically dispersed areas, can conduct online research. use resources like Al and Cloud. nurturing presentation and communication skills and become self-motivated. The new collar is in real demand. Flexibility and adaptability are considered very important following proper management of time. Nowadays behavioral skills are given more important than technical acumen. Well before the hit of pandemic remote work was a component for student internship programs. Students can develop their presentation and group project skills. In addition to all the virtual classes, there are plenty of online resources for school students to prepare for college. But there are difficulties for younger grade students since they need personal attention. They need care, attention, feedback which can be provided by the teacher only through offline classes. Students with special learning needs also face difficulties during this time.

There are various disadvantages like reduction in personal connections and online classes are also a burden for parents who work outside their homes. Various students and marginalized communities may don't have access to proper technology and connectivity. Virtual classes provide value for certain students but it also creates various problems.
