Health is wealth indeed

In the fast pace and rush of modern life, the subject of health has been left far behind and the result is that today we started suffering from diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, obesity, arthritis, thyroid in our youth. Which were earlier in old age and the biggest reason for this is the wrong habits of eating and living, let us be healthy by following these health rules and keeping our family healthy and keeping other people also fit. We need to be aware for health so that a healthy and strong society and country can be built, as it has been said - the first happiness is the body.

Food should be balanced- Ghee, oil-made items like puri, parathas, chickpeas bhatura, samosas kachori, junk food, tea, coffee, cold drink, excessive intake of them is dangerous for health. Regular intake of these result in high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes. Causes obesity and heart disease, and problems such as stomach gas, ulcers, acidity, frequent diarrhea, liver damage, etc. instead of eating green vegetables, seasonal fruits, milk, yogurt, buttermilk, sprouted grains and Salads should be included which are full of vitamins, mineral salts, fiber, and living elements and are very beneficial for the body.

Do not consume excessive amounts of sugar and salt, they are the cause of diabetes, blood pressure, heart diseases. Almonds, raisins, figs, walnuts, etc. are very beneficial for your health.

Drink plenty of water and other liquids such as fresh juice of fruits, milk, curd, buttermilk, lemonade, coconut water, they do not cause lack of water in the body, glows on the skin and face of the body, and body dirt Exits through sweat and urine.

Exercise: Regular exercise - get up before sunrise, go to park, walk barefoot on green grass, run, walk, do yoga, pranayama, these measures cause sweat to the body, strength to the muscles, blood in the body Communication increases, prevention of many physical and mental diseases, agility in the body throughout the day, agitation is good, so make sure to exercise regularly.

Deep sleep is also necessary - To keep the body and mind healthy, deep sleep of about 7 hours per day is necessary for an adult, lack of consistent sleep and frequent sleep, causes many diseases.

Do these remedies for good sleep- The sleeping room should be clean, quiet and in solitude, sleeping till maximum 10-11 am at night and waking up at 5-6 am is considered good for health. First shower can lead to good sleep, food should be done 2-3 hours before bedtime and in the evening, you should go for 20-25 minutes after eating.

Say tension bye - it is right to think about the problems that come up in the life of everyday. It is not right to worry, the funeral pyre still burns the body after death, but it burns the body continuously while living unnecessary anxiety.
