India is a culturally vibrant country and we have a bundle of cuisines, tasty dishes, and delicacies. Let's explore some of the famous dishes from different cuisines. 1. Masala Dosa: the dish is crispy and is a part of south cuisine; it is usually served with chutney, sambar, and aloo. 2. Chole Bhature: the dish is made with chickpeas while flour is used for puri's or the Bhaturas which are usually available in New Delhi but served across India. 3. Dhokla: it finds its origin in Gujarat and it is cooked in steam thereby making it healthy to eat, it is also available in two varieties of sweet and sour cum spicy taste, alongside this dish one can find varied kinds of chutneys such as the mint, tamarind or coriander. 4. Pav Bhaji: this dish is everyone's favorite snack; here bread is served with vegetable-made curry which adds the main flavor to it. 5. Iromba: this is famous in Manipur and it is a mix of potatoes, fish and red chilies, it can be enjoyed with rice, bread or millet. 6. Chaats: India has various chaats hailing from various parts of the country; there is Pani Puri, Aloo tiki, Sev, Bhel, Masala Puri, and many more street foods that can let anyone graving to have more. 7. Dalma: offered to Lord Jagannath in puri this dish is made from 56 different items that create its authentic taste, it is mostly made in Orissa and is made using toor dal. 8. Puran Poli: it is a sweet dish from Maharashtra and is cooked using flour, jaggery, and Lentil, this is a traditional dish and made on various occasions. The sweet dish is not only made in Maharashtra but also in other parts of the country adding different ingredients and also it has different names. 9. Macher Dimer Bora: Macher Dimer Bonar is a part of Bengali culture and it is made of fish, chickpea flour, and the master of taste the spices, they create a new atmosphere in Monsoon and are equal to a rich Delicacy. Apart from them Rasgullas and Sondesh are popular sweets that light up every household during festival seasons. 10. Achaar: there are various forms of achaar that are made both in southern and northern India, among these aam ka achars is very famous, though they are made throughout India the different types of preparation methods and spices added to them, changes the taste in each household. This is no end to it; there are thousands of dishes from different parts of the country that would prove to be a feast for all food lovers.
