Food and health play a vital role in everyone's life because without good health we cannot perform any task with efficiency and maintain good health we need to consume good and healthy food. Food is a substance consumed to provide nutritional support of an organism. Food is usually of plant or animal origin and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. Some countries list a legal definition of food, often referring them 'foodstuff'. The International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights recognizes the "right to an adequate standard of living, including adequate food", as well as the "fundamental right to be free from hunger". The right to food and its variations is a human right protecting the right for people to feed themselves in dignity, implying that sufficient food is available, that people have the means to access it, and that it adequately meets the individual's dietary needs. The right to food protects the right of all human beings to be free from hunger, food insecurity, and malnutrition. Whilst under international law states are obliged to respect, protect ad fulfill the right to food, the practical difficulties in achieving this human right are demonstrated by prevalent food security all over the world, and ongoing litigation in countries such as India.
Since food and health play a vital role in the efficiency of performing any task, every organization must take care and provide a better and safe working condition to every employee to maintain their health and this will also lead to an increase in their potency. The government should make sure that the people belonging to below poverty line have a regular supply of food so that no one goes hungry to bed just because of lack of food. The public health law has received considerable attention in recent years and has become an essential field in public health. The maturation of public health law research as a field depends on methodological rigor, adequate research funding, access to appropriate data sources, and policymakers' use of research findings. Even, in the tough time of corona, everybody had made sure that if nothing, they have at least an adequate quantity of food in their home.
Concludingly, we can say that everyone's ultimate motive to fill their stomach. Everybody earns livelihood just to feed their stomach so that they can stay healthy and alive and perform their work in a better way.
