Nana Patekar has once again denied that he misbehaved with actress Tanushree Dutta on the sets of a 2008 film, calling her accusations as “lies”. The incident came to light when Dutta alleged in a recent TV interview that Patekar had misbehaved with her when the two were shooting a special song for the film Horn Ok Pleassss 10 years ago.

Patekar maintains that the incident is a lie and this was true 10 years ago, remains true even to this day that he never molested the actress. The actor, who was to hold a press conference, briefly addressed the media at his residence, saying that he was not allowed to speak on the case in great depth, as advised by his lawyer.

The 67-year-old’s lawyer has sent a legal notice to Dutta for making false accusations and defaming him. Dutta has also filed a complaint with the Mumbai police against Patekar, choreographer Ganesh Acharya and the director and producer of the 2008 film.
