Bengaluru Varun started 'Last Minute Film,' a video production company that produces music videos, corporate, and ad films. In 2005, during its second year of engineering at CMR Institute of Technology, his videos were a 3.50,000 view hit on YouTube. He made fun of the idea that something was achieved at the last minute of electronics. Varun came to the fore when he created the Bombay-based Pentagram music video, which was virally produced on YouTube and earned VH1 TV rights. For A.R.Rahman and Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, Varun had the opportunity to direct a promotional music video. "How to get rid of fear in his video?" Popularity between spectators has gained.

'Alma Mater,' a merchandise company produces custom hoodies for schools and colleges, is also an important milestone for Varun. This occurred in 2009 when Varun and his friend Rohan Malhotra met in the oldest bar in Bengaluru and remembered the school days. Beer fuelled us to get the thoughts, Varun says. Both began to sell hoodies to schools and colleges that sketched a tissue paper as memorable. Bald, the company began with piles of hoodies being sold across the country.

When he started thinking from the shell, Varun wrote: "How I Brave Anu Aunty and the Million dollar Co-founded a million-dollar Company". In his interview, Varun Agarwal said that "I'm always shy when I'm with strangers." In his life, his mother and Anu Aunty played a pivotal role. The ladies said to try in anticipation of what you did and got jobs. He jokingly said that if he doesn't work in a company, they were concerned that he wouldn't get a dowry. Immediately after its publication, his memoir sold several copies and became the best-seller novel. Unconventional reasoning made Varun terrified his family and friends.

Varun advises people with a passion for enterprise not to think when you wish to make a dream come true during his TEDx talks. He claims the term prompted him to pursue his engineering when he was offered a year later to be hired by the Bombay Company to create films.

Lenovo launched the Flex product line and the organization was searching for a young business to help the project "The visionary firm was in contact with me on 22 foot. They needed someone young and someone who can lead two lives at once. They needed somebody. They enjoyed what I had achieved so far, so then I created an advertisement for them. I think that's awesome as a contractor will help every company," says Varun. This is a huge move forward.

Varun Agarwal launched a new company named "Do not care grades" with six other founders in 2018 that help students learn and become creative.

Varun has been speaking in over 100 colleges and has been invited by 244 colleges throughout India. Varun does not believe he spends any time looking for answers. In his view, success comes from timely decision-making, hard work, learning from failure, and shifting focus from thinking to doing. "The most fascinating thing is that the students are entrepreneurs and so enthusiast of the whole thing," he says. "We need more units of Anu."
