Bhartiya Janata Party took a dig at the alliance formed by the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party for the Lok Sabha elections of 2019 terming it as “storm” in favour of Narendra Modi which compelled the opposition parties to join altogether. The supreme head of both the parties came together on a stage after several years of grudge bearing discord. Mayawati at the joint rally with Mulayam Singh Yadav called the term of Narendra Modi as “Fake” and labelled Mulayam Singh Yadav as the “true leader” of the backward class.

The Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya stated that “Both Mayawati and Akhilesh Singh Yadav are petrified of the integration of the backward class to bring the National Democratic Alliance in the majority again. The backward Prime Minister established a world record of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas”. The Union of bua-bhatija will break down. Holding responsible both the parties for aggravating the conditions of the Uttar Pradesh, he said that had the previous government done anything for elevating the Dalits and backwards, our state would have been on the top position. He further said that civilians of Uttar Pradesh do not possess trust in Biasness, Hooliganism and Deception.
