Bahujan Samaj Party head, Mayawati said  that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has acquired “phoot daalo, raaj karo” (also known as divide and rule) game plan to create a flaw in the SP-BSP-RLD union and save BJP’s prestige in the next three phases of Lok Sabha elections. She further said that Modi tested everything in this robustness to ruin the “Mahagathbandan”. In keeping with his ‘phoot daalo, raaj karo’ master plan, he said many fallacious things at his election barnstorm in pratapgarh on Sunday. He wants the SP-BSP-RLD leaders to fight among them. His intention is to bamboozle our party workers.

Continuing her diatribe, the BSP chief said, our party is actively working keeping in view extermination of Bhartiya Janata Party from the nation on May 23, when the outcome of the Lok sabha elections will be declared. She also alleged the Congress and BJP of “chips off the same block”. People of the nation know that we have not joined with the Congress because we know that both the parties are ‘ek thaali ke chatte batte’.

However, Mayawati asserted that she gave up the Raebareli and Amethi seats for the congress party as they wanted the popular leaders in both the regions to tussle and debilitate the forces of BJP and RSS in the nation. Vote from the “Mahagathbandan” will benefit the congress party in these two seats and I would urge those who back the Bahujan samaj Party to do the same.  In Uttar Pradesh, out of 80 lok sabha seats, 39 have underwent the voting in the first four stages. The remaining constituencies voting are to be held on 6, 12 and 19th May.
