        Lucknow: Hours after a retired Army Officer Amanullah was beaten to death inside his house in Amethi, Congress General Secretary, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra hit out at the UP govt. for the failing  law and order situation in the State.

 

  • Yogi Adityanath led BJP Govt.  like to hide incidents.
  • The  unfortunate incident happened when the unidentified assailants attacked Amanullah on  his head that eventually led to his death.
  • From the situation one can clearly see that the law and order situation in UP is slipping out of the govt's hands.

     Priyanka further said that even though crime was being committed unabated, the UP govt. was busy hiding incidents rather than revealing the truth.She posted it on to Twitter.

  According to Police reports, Amanullah was sleeping with his wife and son when agroup of people barged into their house and launched an assault on the retired Army Officer. The fatal blow on his head by the unidentified assailants led to his death.

 Priyanka further questioned the govt. whether it will come with a solution or will continue to sleep over the issue.

Earlier, there has been alleged terrorist attacks on the State  by ISIS Khorasan module under the nose of senior party leaders  which was also condemned by the Congress.
